Conditions of Purchase Payment at Destination
By accepting the purchase with payment at destination, the agency reserves the right to charge the credit card for the entirety of the first full-day excursion reserved in case of cancellation outside the terms or no-show. .
The passenger declares that the card used is their property and must be in the name of the person making the reservation. For other cases, you must send an authorization signed by the cardholder, along with a copy of the ID and a copy of the credit card in question, by email
.Purchase Conditions Payment by deposit or bank transfer
By accepting the purchase by deposit or bank transfer, the passenger agrees to do so within a period of up to 12 hours. and send a copy of the original receipt via email within the same period for control and confirmation by W Travel EVT. Otherwise, the company automatically cancels the requested reservation.
Purchase Conditions
The following purchase condition is general and applies to all purchases.
The provision or intermediation in the reservation or location of services in any means of transport, and/or intermediation in the contracting of hotel services, excursions, transfers, and/or any other service related to tourism, either in the country or in abroad, carried out by W Travel EVT Leg. 18,370 (hereinafter, the "Company"), on the one hand, under order and at the request of the applicant or contractor of the services, (hereinafter, the "Passenger"), will be governed by the conditions that are detailed below.
A) PERSONAL DATA OF THE PASSENGER:
It is mandatory to complete all the fields with valid data in order to make valid reservations for tourist services through the Company. The Passenger declares that the personal data included when making the reservation (the "Personal Data") is accurate, precise and true, and assumes the commitment to update said Personal Data as necessary. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the Passenger. The Passenger guarantees and is responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data entered.
B) RESPONSIBILITY:
1) The Company is not responsible for events that occur due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, climatic phenomena or natural events that occur before or during the development of the services that prevent, delay or in any way hinder the total execution or partial of the contracted benefits.
2) The Company is not responsible for changes in schedules, postponements and/or cancellations, comforts, equipment used or any other modification made by the transport companies.
3) In no case will the Company be liable to the Passengers for indirect damages or lost profits alleged by them as long as it does not involve events in which the officials, employees or authorities of the company have not participated in them.
4) The Company will not be responsible for the lack of delivery of the relevant "General Conditions of the Tourist Services Contract" to the other companies involved in the contracting chain whenever this is not duly required in writing by the passenger.
5) The Company is not responsible for loss, theft or misplacement of any belongings of the Passengers during the services or stay.
C) REQUESTS AND PAYMENTS:
1) The estimated price at the time of the request for services is subject to availability and changes without prior notice, when there is an alteration in them and/or changes in their costs and/or in the exchange rate applied for reasons not attributable to the parties. The Company will not be responsible for any resulting increased costs.
2) All amounts paid before confirmation of services are received as a reservation.
3) The definitive prices will be fixed from the moment of the definitive confirmation of the services that occurs with the issuance of the tickets or service orders, (hereinafter "vouchers"), and their invoicing.
4) The payment of the balance of the price must be fulfilled within the term and conditions that the parties agree, otherwise, the Company may cancel the services with prior notice to the passenger, the passenger not having the right to any refund.
D) PRICES INCLUDE: All those services that are expressly detailed in the travel documentation. Among them,
1) Transportation, as specified in the travel ticket or Electronic Ticket Itinerary or voucher in the case of Non-Scheduled or Charter Flights;
2) In the case of packages, car rental and its insurance, accommodation and its taxes, type of room, meal plan, number of passengers, extra meal plan, excursions, transfers, tickets to shows, etc. as detailed in the respective Vouchers. It must be taken into account that the calculation of the accommodation will be governed by the Check-in and Check-out hours of each establishment, while the calculation of days for the rental of a car is due to compliance with the 24 hour clock.
E) SERVICES OR ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES: The base prices of the contracted services do not include:
1) Anything that is not duly detailed in the Voucher, which implies an additional charge to what was paid at the time of receiving the Voucher.
2) Extras, drinks, expenses of a personal nature (including washing and ironing clothes, communications, tips, etc.), visas, boarding or airport tax, service tax, VAT and other current and/or future taxes and/or any service or expense that is not expressly indicated in the Voucher.
3) The extras of a car rental or excursion, such as ski racks, baby seats, additional drivers, gasoline costs, optional insurance, etc.
4) The payment of the balance of the price must be fulfilled within the term and conditions that the parties agree, otherwise, the Company may cancel the services with prior notice to the passenger, the passenger not having the right to any refund.
D) PRICES INCLUDE: All those services that are expressly detailed in the travel documentation. Among them,

4) Expenses for extension of services due to the voluntary desire of the Passengers, as well as stays, meals and/or additional expenses and/or damages caused by cancellations, delays in departures or arrivals of means of transport or for unforeseen reasons. outside the Company and/or derived from causes of force majeure or beyond the control of the Company.
5) Expenses and interest from credit operations.
F) LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHT TO STAY: The Company reserves the right to make any Passenger abandon a Travel and/or Tour Plan at any point in the plan whose conduct, behavior, state of health, or other serious reason that judgment of the Company causes danger or causes inconvenience to other travelers or may undermine the success of the excursion or its normal development, or may cause damage to third parties.
G) DOCUMENTATION: For trips abroad it is necessary to comply with the legislation in force in each case. It is the responsibility of the Passenger to inform themselves about the requirements demanded by the immigration, customs and health authorities of the destinations, and it is the sole responsibility of the Passenger to have the personal documentation required by the aforementioned authorities. The Company will not be responsible for any inconvenience suffered by Passengers who lack documents in the necessary conditions either when leaving or entering this or another country. It should be taken into account that obtaining visas in the countries to be visited by the Passengers is the sole responsibility of the Passengers, as well as the presentation of the necessary documentation for entry to the destination countries. The Passenger declares that he has been informed that it is the responsibility of the airline, sea or land line to transfer him to the destination country, and that the carrier is solely responsible in the event that the Passenger is prevented or delayed from entering those countries. for not having the documentation in good condition.
H) CANCELLATIONS.
1) In case of withdrawal by the Passenger of services contracted firmly by the Company to third parties, the cancellations will be subject to the contractual conditions under which the latter provide their services. In all cases of reimbursement, the Company may withhold the price for the expenses incurred plus the commission of ten percent of the services contracted with third parties.
2) The Company is not responsible for the services that were not taken by the Passenger in the agreed time and manner, nor for the consequences that arise from it, such as the cancellation of the service, nor for the refund, reimbursement or refund of the amount paid. for said service.
I) CHANGE OF DATE: The postponement or advancement of the dates stipulated in each case, may be carried out in accordance with the modalities, conditions and availability of the different services, having to pay the corresponding penalty applied and a 10% commission for modifications. and, where appropriate, the rate differences due to season change, if applicable. The Company is exempt from all responsibility in case of not being able to satisfy the changes requested by the Passenger.
J) CLAIMS – REFUNDS
K) They must be presented within 15 days of the end of the trip, in writing, accompanied by supporting documents and vouchers and signed by the Passenger. After this term, no claim will be attended. In no case will the Company cover any costs and/or charges and/or taxes and/or encumbrances derived from bank transfers or similar used to make any type of return and/or reimbursement and/or reimbursement.
2) In the case of regular flight services, the conditions are imposed by the carriers, with whom the Passenger must deal directly and claim, where appropriate, for any inconvenience or damage suffered as a result of the trip. The Company has no control over these conditions and will offer all support at its disposal to carry them out.
L) BAGGAGE: The Company is not responsible for the deterioration and/or loss and/or theft and/or theft and/or loss of luggage and other personal belongings of the Passengers, whether for services contracted through the intermediation of the Company or taken individually by the Passenger. The Passenger is recommended to take out travel insurance to cover part of the aforementioned risks.
M) PASSENGER ACCEPTANCE: These general conditions, along with the remaining documentation delivered to Passengers, make up the Travel Contract. These conditions are delivered by the Company to the Passenger at the time of booking the services. The Passenger declares to know and accept these general contracting conditions and said acceptance is ratified by means of any of the following acts:
1) Payment of the reservation and/or contracted services before the start of the trip, by any form or modality.
2) Acceptance of the invoice for the contracted services.
3) Through the use of any portion of the contracted services. Any advice provided by the Company regarding any aspect related to the contracted services does not constitute a requirement to be met by the Passenger, except for what is documented in writing regarding laws or any type of regulations of the destination countries, the content of which will be indicated. in each case specifically.
N) ARBITRATION CLAUSE: Any question that arises due to the celebration, compliance, breach, extension or termination of this contract, may be submitted by the parties to the resolution of the Arbitration Court of the Argentine Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies. Or the Arbitration Court of the Association of Travel Agencies of Salta, at the option of the claimant. In case of submission to said jurisdiction, the contracting parties are subject to and accept the conditions established by the Regulations of the Arbitral Tribunal.
O) APPLICATION RULES: This contract and, where appropriate, the provision of services, will be governed exclusively by these general conditions, by Law No. 18,829 and its regulations.
Cancellation policies
Applies only to services provided by W Travel, not outsourced. Third-party cancellation policies consult when contracting services.
30 days in advance, 100% return (20% bank charges are retained in the case of credit card)

Date change policies
Change of date is allowed without penalty up to 7 days before the start of the tour.
3 to 6 days has a penalty of 20%
2 days before has a penalty of 30%
24 hours before the start time of the tour there is no refund or change, in any situation.
Cancellations due to covid must present a positive Covid test. Close contacts that accompany one or more members do not apply for cancellatio
n.Conditions
Cancellations or modification of dates are not allowed on the day of the service or after the date of the service. Keep in mind that in case of NO Show, you will not be able to claim a refund of the money.
This reservation does not allow modifications except for specific cases that The Company can reconsider and is subject to availability
